COVID-19 UPDATE, 2nd November

IN LIGHT OF THE NEW NATIONAL LOCKDOWN MEASURES ANNOUNCED BY THE GOVERNMENT

With immediate effect, the Hamlet South West Ltd office in Wincanton will be CLOSED to the public unless you have a specific appointment, to safeguard the wellbeing of clients and staff and to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19. 

We will have ONE member of staff only in the office, during office hours, so phone calls will be answered, all other staff will be working from home.  If you need to contact us, could we please ask you to email, or call and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  You will not be given access to the office without prior arrangement.

Essential services such as gas and electrical safety inspections will still be scheduled and go ahead as long as the contractors are able to do so.  All non essential access to properties will be suspended during the lockdown.

We will be carrying out viewings on EMPTY PROPERTIES only from Thursday 5th November, until further notice.  This will still be on a strict appointment basis and with strict social distancing guidelines in place.  Please bear with us at this time, we are continuing to maintain as full a service as possible.
